Monika Bernotas, Associate

Ms. Bernotas is a Research Associate who brings a fresh outlook and diverse international experiences to ConsultEcon. During her academic career at the College of William and Mary, she pursued a liberal arts degree in European Studies, focusing on the identity, languages and development of Eastern Europe in the post-Soviet era. As a student, she spent three semesters abroad, two in Lithuania and one in Russia. Upon graduating, she was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to teach English at the Belarusian State Economic University’s Department of Tourism Management in Minsk, Belarus. Ms. Bernotas has experience in academic and oral history research, blog and social media maintenance, guided tour development, film production, translation, curriculum development, travel logistics, as well as proficiency in Lithuanian and Russian languages.
